What are your hours of operation?

We are available Monday-Thursday 9 am - 5 pm CST and Friday 9 am - Noon. Because we are an internet based business and we realize that some of our shopping moms are night owls (as are a few of us) we do occationally return emails in the evening, on the weekends or sometimes at 3 am! We value our customers and make our contact with you our number one priority. Rather you leave a voice mail for us or send an email we will attempt to respond with 24 business hours.

What is your privacy policy?

We deeply respect your privacy and work hard to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for you. Strict guidelines are adhered to in order to keep your personal information safe and private. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Is it safe to order through your website?

We realize that placing an order online may be a little scary. We want you to know that we are have a great reputation, are members of the Better Business Bureau and have been in business for over 7 years. Shopping online at SweetPeachesBedding.com is not only convenient, it is extremely secure. Presently we use the advanced GeoTrust SSL security system and server to protect the security of your personal information that you share with us. Our servers are being monitored 24/7 to make sure that our store is always open, safe and ready for shopping. When will I be charged for my order?

Your order will be processed hours after you place it. Our secure checkout system charges your form of payment as you place the order. We then, immediately place the order with the manufacturer if it is not in stock.

How quickly will I get my order?

Most items are shipped in 5-10 business days. Custom bedding, hand painted, specialty and luxury items may take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to deliver. Please feel free to call our customer care team (888-772-3461) and ask about specific delivery times for your products!

We understand you are excited to get your new bedding items and we will try our best to get them to you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, there may be instances when the manufacturer cannot keep up with demand. A back order could occur which we cannot control. We can promise that as soon as we get the shipment of products in, we will immediately ship it out to you.

How can I cancel my order?

Because many of the items we carry are either ordered or made just for you, we allow only a 12 hour cancellation window. You will have 12 hours from when the order is PLACED to cancel your order. Please cancel by e-mailing service@sweetpeachesbedding.com and include the following:

Date of order
Order number
Items ordered

Or you can call 888-772-3461 to ensure we receive your cancellation request. Please be aware of these policies before you place your order.

What is your policy on refused items or bad addresses?

We will charge you a $35 re-stocking fee if your order is returned to us because it was refused upon delivery. This fee will be charged to your original form of payment. If we cannot contact you about a problem with your order, your order will not be processed in a timely manner.

Please note: Occasionally we drop ship orders directly from our supplier or workroom. The return address on your shipment MAY NOT say Sweet Peaches Bedding. Please check all shipments you receive to make sure that they are not what you ordered prior to refusing.

What about custom orders, can I cancel those orders?

There are NO cancellations or RETURNS on orders that are custom made or hand painted for you. Many of our designer crib sets, bedding, drawer pulls and artwork are created just for you after you order. Those items may not be returned or refused. Please check with our Customer Service Department for more information or details on a particular item. Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, gifts and other made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do items often get back ordered?

Unfortunately, since we have chosen the most popular items to offer you, sometimes one or more bedding or decor items may become back ordered. This means that the manufacturer does not have enough stock to send us our order. If a back order occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as it arrives!!

If you don't receive your order in a reasonable length of time, please e-mail us at service@sweetpeachesbedding.com. We will do our best to keep you posted on its arrival date.

Do you charge sales tax?

Because Sweet Peaches Bedding operates in Texas, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a Texas address. Those who live outside Texas will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on SweetPeachesBedding.com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Can I special order items not on your website?

Absolutely! If there is anything you would like us to order for you, please e-mail us at service@sweetpeachesbedding.com and we will try to help. You never know unless you ask!

Sweet Peaches Bedding accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
